The mandate of the CUC-CUA Mentorship program is to encourage community urologists across Canada to continue developing their skills and knowledge throughout their careers and to provide support for learning new skills while minimizing the financial disincentives for both the learner (mentee) and teacher (mentor).
Application Deadline: December 31, 2021
Each application must include:
1) Date of proposed mentorship procedure
2) Duration of mentorship (e.g. half day vs. full day)
3) Proposed mentor & why their mentorship is sought (validation of expertise)
4) Proposed Procedure(s) and/or medical topics to be reviewed
5) Learning goals/objectives
6) Detailed budget (including all sources of financial support)
